We are so excited to announce V1 Women's from Our Homes to the Nations 2025 Retreat!
This year’s theme is “Hallway Revival.” Life is full of hallways - those in- between seasons where we wait, pray and trust God for what’s next. But, what if the hallway is not just a place of waiting, but a place of revival? Join us for this year’s retreat. It will be a powerful gathering where women will come together to encounter God, find strength in community, and embrace the renewal He offers in every season. Our time together will be a reminder that God moves even in the waiting! Come expectant, leave transformed!

COST
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will close once we reach maximum capacity.
Retreat Registration Fee: $80
IMPORTANT NOTE: Hotel and meals are NOT included in the retreat registration fee. Food can be purchased at the Camelback Resort or in the surrounding area.
Retreat Registration Fee Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to costs incurred, no refunds will be given for any cancellations.
If you become unable to attend the retreat, please notify v1women@v1.church. You may transfer your registration to someone you designate. If no one is designated, we will transfer your ticket to sponsor someone in need.
Hotel Room Cost: $173.31 per room, per night (includes taxes). Total for a two night stay is approx $346.62 per room.
This price reflects a discounted group rate. This group rate is valid until the guest room block is filled or November 13 at 5pm EST, whichever comes first. After this time, you will be able to reserve a room at a rate designated by the hotel and subject to hotel availability.
Room Reservations: To reserve your hotel room, click here. You will have the option to upgrade your room, if you desire, at the price indicated. Please note that all reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, including taxes.
Outdoor/Indoor Waterpark: Your overnight hotel stay grants you access for 4 people per room to Camelback’s waterpark.
Standard Room includes: 2 Queen beds plus a sleeper sofa. 4 guests can share a room and 2 additional guests can be added to the room up to a maximum of 6 guests per room. Additional guests to any room incur an additional charge of $50.00 per person, per night (plus tax) (ex: $109 total per person, for 2 night stay) which will be added to the base price of the room.
Hotel Room Cancellation - Any hotel cancellations 72 hours, or more, prior to your scheduled arrival receive a refund minus a $100.00 processing fee. Any hotel cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival forfeits the entire deposit.
Parking: Self-Parking is free or you can pay $40 per vehicle/per night for Valet parking.
Resort Fee: This fee has been waived.
Additional information
All hotel group guests are required to authorize a $200 hold to cover overnight charges. This authorization is mandatory for all hotel overnight guests. This authorization will be placed on your credit card upon check-in.

Nearby airports: Lehigh Valley International Airport (about a 45 min drive to the property) or Newark Liberty International Airport (about an hour and 15 min drive to the property)
Bus Transportation: Departs from Port Authority, New York and travels to two locations close to Camelback Resort, Mt. Pocono or Mt Airy Casino. Here is a link to Martz Trailways, a bus company. From there you could take a taxi to the resort, Mountain Taxi is a local cab company, their number is (570) 839-2222.
Children: Children are permitted to accompany you to the resort. However, please note that there will be no childcare provided during the retreat. Only infants (6 mos and younger) can accompany you during service times. For any other children, you must separately arrange for their childcare as the retreat is intended for you to have time to grow closer to God and fellowship with other women. However, daughters 6th grade and up are permitted to attend the retreat with a purchase of a retreat ticket.
Food: The cost of food is not included in your retreat fee. However, food can be purchased at the Camelback Resort or in the surrounding area.
