31-Day Overflow Study Plan


Join us for this daily, 3–5 minute action plan to align spiritually, financially, and physically with God’s principles. Each week focuses on specific areas of growth in your life.

Week 1: Soul Alignment

  1. Monday, March 3
    Pray Psalm 23, emphasizing God as your shepherd and provider.

  2. Tuesday, March 4
    Reflect on 3 John 1:2—what does soul prosperity look like for you?

  3. Wednesday, March 5
    Write a gratitude list of 3 things God has done for you.

  4. Thursday, March 6
    Spend 3 minutes meditating on Matthew 6:33 and journal your reflections.

  5. Friday, March 7
    Declare Psalm 46:10 (“Be still and know”) over your life.

  6. Saturday, March 8
    Pray for clarity on how to align your life with God’s priorities.

  7. Sunday, March 9
    Attend Sunday service and take communion (at home) with a heart of surrender.

Week 2: Financial Reset

  1. Monday, March 10
    Write down your monthly income and expenses (Proverbs 27:23).

  2. Tuesday, March 11
    Pray for wisdom in stewarding your resources (James 1:5).

  3. Wednesday, March 12
    Identify one small expense you can cut and redirect toward giving or saving.

  4. Thursday, March 13
    Meditate on Malachi 3:10 and consider your giving habits.

  5. Friday, March 14
    List one financial goal and pray over it daily this week.

  6. Saturday, March 15
    Reflect on the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30) and how you can be faithful with what you have.

  7. Sunday, March 16
    Bless someone financially or with an act of kindness.

Week 3: Physical Health

  1. Monday, March 17
    Go for a 5-minute walk and reflect on 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

  2. Tuesday, March 18
    Drink an extra glass of water today and thank God for your body.

  3. Wednesday, March 19
    Pray for strength to break unhealthy habits (Philippians 4:13).

  4. Thursday, March 20
    Stretch for 3 minutes while meditating on Psalm 139:14 (“Fearfully and wonderfully made”).

  5. Friday, March 21
    Plan one healthy meal for the week and thank God for His provision.

  6. Saturday, March 22
    Fast from sugar or processed foods for one day as an act of discipline.

  7. Sunday, March 23
    Attend Sunday service and commit your body as a temple to the Lord.

Week 4: Generosity Challenge

  1. Monday, March 24
    Give something away to bless someone else (Acts 20:35).

  2. Tuesday, March 25
    List 5 ways God has been generous to you and thank Him.

  3. Wednesday, March 26
    Pray Luke 6:38 over your life and commit to being generous.

  4. Thursday, March 27
    Send an encouraging message or gift to a friend.

  5. Friday, March 28
    Reflect on how generosity has impacted your life.

  6. Saturday, March 29
    Volunteer your time or resources to a local need.

Week 5: Covenant Commitment

  1. Sunday, March 30
    Attend Sunday service and celebrate baptism as a renewal of God’s covenant in your life

  2. Monday, March 31
    Write a prayer of commitment to steward your time, talent, and treasure.

  3. Tuesday, April 1
    Reflect on Romans 6:4 and the power of living a resurrected life.

  4. Wednesday, April 2
    Share a testimony of God’s provision with someone
